TAR Manager

Petroplan are looking to hire 2 x TAR Managers to join the team for a major Oil and Gas client of ours in Grangemouth Scotland.

This is a permanent staff role, working on site 37.5 hours a week, coming with a generous annual salary and full staff package.

Ideally you will hold:

• Have extensive experience in Maintenance, TARs and Projects.
• Have advanced team leadership skills and behaviours.
• Have extensive knowledge of engineering sub-contract management.
• Demonstrate strong decision making skills, both within and out with area of expertise.
• Be able to manage budgets and cost management systems.
• Have working knowledge of industrial relations management and the NAECI agreement.
• Have well established networks and contacts
• Have knowledge of integrated site manufacturing operations and external logistics issues.
• Have experience using Maximo / SAP.
