Product Applications Specialist

A multinational biotechnology company is looking for a Product Applications Specialist. The selected candidate will provide application engineering support and deliver product presentations and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support, explaining features and benefits of solutions
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and trainings
• Deliver proof of concepts and resolve technical issues during the sales cycle
• Collaborate with technical support to resolve customer issues
• Contribute to internal initiatives on technical collaboration and content production
• Review documentation and participate in QA of new products and releases
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent
• More than 2 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer
• Experience in imaging in materials research or life sciences
• Prior experience with commercial or open sources software (Avizo, Amira, VG Studio Max, etc.)
• Proven expeinrece in programming and scripting (C++, .net, Java, etc.) is a plus
