Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at NCTH, including decision-makers and influencers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications, inquiries, and issue resolution related to NCTH accounts.
Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
Identify new business opportunities within NCTH through proactive account management and networking.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
