Key Account Manager (KAM)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the staffing and recruiting industry. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and value from our offerings. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients and will work closely with them to understand their business needs provide tailored solutions and drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the staffing and recruiting landscape enabling them to navigate challenges and identify opportunities for our clients and our company. Your ability to communicate effectively coupled with your analytical skills will be essential in fostering longterm partnerships and achieving mutual success. Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve longterm business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams facilitating communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Analyze client needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver tailored staffing solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for account expansion and add value to client partnerships.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and present performance reports to clients demonstrating the impact of our services on their business.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain strong client trust.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or business development within the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within crossfunctional teams and deliver results.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
