Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Wholesale Car Importer and Exporter of Passenger and Light Commercial Vehicles. Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead their sales team in the luxury car industry. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations develop strategic plans and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in automotive sales exceptional leadership qualities and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of direct sales representatives.
Distribute sales leads and data efficiently among team members.
Oversee and manage all marketing channels including social media.
Analyze market trends and customer demands to refine strategies.
Conduct data analysis to track leads qualifications quotations and sales performance.
Perform lost deal analysis to enhance future sales strategies.
Ensure the team meets its sales targets and KPIs.
Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
Supervise the creation and management of social media content.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.


Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the luxury car industry.

Strong knowledge of the automotive market particularly in the luxury car segment.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager with GCC market Experience Mandatory.

Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make datadriven decisions.

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.

- At least 10 years of experience in Automotive Parts out of which at least 5 years in Parts Brand / Marketing / Sales Management position. - Degree in business, branding, marketing, sales or related field. - Good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity. - Ability to conduct research, analyze data, develop go-to-market strategies, and report on brand performance. - Excellent communication skills and leadership skills. - Knowledge in Automotive Parts Brands. - Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies is preferred. - Result-oriented, customer-oriented, problem-solving skills, and team player. - Effective advertising and market development skills - Knowledge in Aftermarket Parts Brands. - Knowledge of KSA market.
