Our client looking for a skilled and dynamic Key Account Manager Export Sales who will be responsible for managing and growing our international key accounts in the automotive industry. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services. Other responsibilities are
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve export sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with key accounts to secure profitable deals.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Track and analyse sales performance providing regular reports to management.
Develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance and meet targets.
Work closely with internal teams including marketing logistics and product development to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage order fulfilment and resolve any issues.
Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing International Trade or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
