As Commis 1 - Baker we rely on you to:
- Assist in the daily operation / production for the Bakery and Pastry section
- Maintain high standards of food preparation and service along with the existing standards
- Reflect the Shangri-La philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to our customers
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu contents
- Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has Diploma / certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred
- Has experience working in a Bakery / Pastry section in a restaurant or a 5* hotel
- Has passion for Food & Beverage, creative with attention to details
- Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
