Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Assistant Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information technology computer science or software engineering with extensive experience in computer networks network administration and network installation. This role involves overseeing daily IT operations ensuring the efficient performance of server hardware software and operating systems and implementing effective troubleshooting and system modifications.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily IT operations including server hardware software and operating systems.

• Test troubleshoot and modify information systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• Generate performance reports for operating systems.

• Support and maintain computer hardware cabling installation wireless technology applications and IT security.

• Manage network administration and installation tasks.

• Collaborate with various departments to provide IT support and solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate or equivalent degree in information technology computer science software engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience with computer networks network administration and network installation.

• Proficient in computer hardware cabling installation and support wireless technology applications and IT security.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in IT or related fields.

• Experience in generating and analyzing performance reports.

• Familiarity with a variety of operating systems and platforms.

• Knowledge of current IT security protocols and best practices.

Location: The position is based in Dubai offering a competitive salary of 8000 AED monthly. The successful candidate must currently be residing in Dubai.
