Skills And Attributes For Success

If you are an excellent communicator and detail oriented professional with a strong track record of management experience who is comfortable working across borders with a wide network of people and with large amount of data, you will be perfect for the role.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business studies, accounting or finance.
• Preferably an MBA, Masters or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), ensuring accurate preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with global accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a large professional services company or a Big 4 firm
  

Ideally, you also have

• Experience of dealing with multinational clients and ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
• Demonstrated good understanding and capability of implementing accounting concepts.
• Participate in and lead proposal development and submission and other business development initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, management and leadership skills.
• Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Arabic Language skills preferable.
• GCC experience preferable.
