Compliance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities • Responsible for managing, developing & overseeing that the company's operations and business activities comply with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards. • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Regularly review and update compliance policies and standard procedures to reflect changes in laws and regulations. • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to address them. • Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards relevant to the group operations.
