Senior Application Developer - Aqary International Group

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile App Developer with a minimum of 5 years of handson experience in both Android and iOS development using Flutter. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong technical expertise but also demonstrate leadership capabilities to effectively lead and mentor a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

• Handson development experience in both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter framework.
• Architect design and implement scalable and maintainable mobile applications.
• Lead and manage a team of developers in the design development and implementation of mobile applications using Flutter.
• Provide technical guidance mentorship and support to team members.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship highquality applications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues bottlenecks and challenges in the development process.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and debug applications ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical specifications system architecture and code documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in mobile app development with a focus on Flutter.
• Proficient in both Android and iOS development using Flutter framework.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
