Job Description

Sales Executive

Industry: Kitchen Design and Installation

Location: Dubai UAE

Driving License: Required

Our client specializes in serving the construction real estate and infrastructure sectors with a wide range of tailored solutions offering a diverse collection of ceramics and porcelain products partnering with renowned manufacturers to provide elegant tiles artistic mosaics majestic porcelain slabs and welldesigned ventilated faade materials. They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai!

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the kitchen industry and a successful track record in sales. This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities managing client relationships and driving sales growth through effective strategies and execution.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the kitchen design and installation sector.

Develop and nurture relationships with architects interior designers builders and highend clients.

Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Sales Management:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Project Coordination:

Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Oversee project timelines and ensure successful execution of kitchen installations.

Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong longterm relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients throughout the project.

Collect and act upon client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum of 34 years of experience in sales within the kitchen industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Bachelors degree in Engineering

Indepth knowledge of kitchen design materials and installation processes.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Strong problemsolving abilities and technical acumen.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
