Develop, implement and manage a competency based career development and succession planning frameworks for developing competencies to support career.

Liaise with internal and external training facilitators to develop customized resources according to program facilitation needs.

Liaise, outsource, contract and negotiate with external service providers and consultants to ensure quality of resources developed externally.

Develop, implement and evaluate pilot programs to ensure efficiency.
.
Develop feedback mechanisms to evaluate and analyze quality of training resources.
.
Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures for conducting organized career development programs.
.
Implement international best practices and standards to meet the worldwide standards.
.
Implement the annual strategic and operational plan for the section to improve career development services.
.
Liaise and interface with a range of stakeholders including internal and external clients to facilitate career development programs.
.
Promote the section within Customs to let know staff the benefits of career development services in Dubai Customs.
