Full Stack Developer - Pura Vista Inc

We are a fintech startup in the preseed phase seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience in fintech/neobanking to join our team.

Job Description: The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing the front and back end of the app and maintaining our financial software products ensuring they meet high standards of scalability reliability and userfriendliness. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for fintech innovation and a desire to work in a fastpaced startup environment. The position will may require some business travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features for both frontend and backend applications.
• Develop highquality scalable and maintainable code for fullstack development.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications across different platforms.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in both frontend and backend codebases.
• Maintain code quality organization and automation for seamless deployment.
• Stay uptodate with emerging trends in fullstack development and fintech.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in frontend technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript) and backend languages (e.g. Python Java Node.js).
• Strong understanding of software development principles patterns and practices for fullstack development.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with fintech regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a detailoriented mindset.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs.
• Experience in managing a development team.

Skills:

• Experience with financial systems payment processing or similar fintech solutions is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask adapt to changing priorities and work under the pressures of a startup environment.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g. Git) and development tools.
• Knowledge of database management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.

Years of Experience: at least 3 years of full time experience in front and back end app development preferably within the fintech sector.

Salary: 10000 AED/month

Position: full time in office position. 90 day probationary period. Signing of NDA is required.
