Research Analyst

Our client is a prominent organization in the research and development sector dedicated to driving innovation and excellence. They are looking for a skilled and detailoriented Research Analyst to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect analyze and interpret data from various sources to support research projects.
  
• Use statistical tools and methodologies to analyze data and identify trends.
  
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.
  
• Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
  
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and business development.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather relevant information and insights.
  
• Support crossfunctional teams with datadriven analysis and recommendations.
  
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of highquality results.
  
• Maintain organized records of research activities and findings.
  
• Stay updated with industry developments best practices and new research methodologies.
  
• Recommend improvements to research processes and tools.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Economics Business Statistics or a related field.
  
• Advanced degree is required (MA or PhD).
  
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in research and data analysis.
  
• Experience Background in social sciences preferred.
  
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. SPSS SAS R) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
  
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
