Job Description:
We are currently seeking a versatile and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the correct departments.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with the organization of office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
