Member Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to entertain and engage our current members, ensuring they have an exceptional experience at our club.
Membership Growth: Create and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to attract new members, increasing overall membership numbers.
Retention and Renewal: Implement programs and initiatives to retain current members and encourage membership renewals.
Event Planning: Organize and oversee events, activities, and programs that align with our club’s values and appeal to our members’ interests.
Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout all club activities and services.
