Job Description
Requirements:-
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or a related field
5-6 years of quantity surveying experience in constructions companies in the UAE/GCC.
At least 3-4 years of UAE experience in building construction projects like High-rise buildings, Mixed Use Development, Star hotels, etc. is mandatory.
Proficient in cost quantity takeoff software and tools.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
