Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
10 years site experience in high rise building construction, residential/luxury villas or hotels
Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects from start to finish.
Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor progress and quality of work, and make adjustments as necessary.
Ensure the completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
