Full job description A well estbalished clinic is looking for clinic manager who can 3.1Manages all aspects of individual and all patients, customers of the concerned facility. 3.2 Manages all new avenues of service provision of the hospital. 3.3 Manages all socially related work of patients, when required. 3.4 Monitoring all Customer service, Tele sales, call center agents, patient service Executives in coordination with Clinic Supervisor. 3.5 Manages the call center and ensure proper functioning and continuous improvement in their services of appointment bookings.3.6 Monitoring all information desk personnel
