Job Description
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in student related department in a reputable university
Skills / Training / Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to tactfully and politely deal with difficult customer situations
- Appreciation of cultural diversity
- Fluent in Arabic and English language skills
Job Responsibilities
- Provide students with tutoring services to support their academic success
- Ensure student's ongoing successful progress to completion of degree program.
- Ensure timely follow-up with student inquiries.
- Coordinate between students and academic advisors.
- Orient new students to online tools, such as student portal.
- Provide academic assistance and support to students
- Monitor students at academic-risk, and enforce attending tutoring sessions
- Collect evidences for the activities that we are supporting students
- Provide accurate information to students on academic policies and procedures, in areas of registration, study plan, academic probation, attendance, and advising.
