Job Description

  • Implement a structured approach to managing partnerships
  • Set goals, recruit, coach, and evaluate partnership executives to build a high-performing team.
  • Monitor team activities to ensure performance meets targets and standards.
  • Lead and drive sales efforts, overseeing team performance and ensuring initiatives exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure a positive partner experience and maintain effective communication to build strong relationships.
  • Report sales outcomes to the COO and CEO, providing insights and updates on progress.
  • Establish and sustain connections by promoting Metropolitan to potential partners and negotiating partnership terms.
  • Research and evaluate partnership opportunities to identify and select suitable partners, both locally and internationally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transitions from agreement to operations and oversee the development of agent web portals.
  • Identify and address weaknesses within the sales team, providing support and solutions.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in the Real Estate sector (> 5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Real Estate Market.
  • Experience in managing sales teams (> 3 years).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a positive partner experience.
  • Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English. Russian is preferred
