Recruiter

• Identify and attract top-performing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for real estate sales roles, ensuring alignment with our company values and sales expectations.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand team dynamics, sales goals, and hiring needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
