Job Description

Job Purpose:

The main responsibility for the Assistance Project Manager is to aid in managing the implementation of technology projects according to the implementation roadmap.


Accountability and Skills required:

  • Analyses processes and best alternatives/solutions to improve them
  • Liaises with stakeholders and project managers
  • Contributes to the successful implementation of the enterprise architecture program and related roadmaps for the client.
  • Understands the Digital strategy and works with business architects decision makers systems owners and end users to define business financial and operations requirements and systems goals and identify and resolve systems issues.
  • Supports in developing business cases and initiatives and present them to agencies and sectors.
  • Lead in designing and enhancing business processes operations and information process flow by conducting technical analysis.
  • Solicits and evaluate business requests to determine cost feasibility research and identify options and recommend solutions that best serve business needs across the client.
  • Conducts periodic benefits realization analyses on selected existing systems to ensure full alignment with the business goals/ objectives after the closure of the project and/ or as needed and ensures that the end solution or services aligns with Digital strategy and 4th Industrial revolution.
  • Works closely with senior architects to develop and validate information application and infrastructure architecture that supports enduser s business cases and ensures compliance with clients enterprise architecture standards.
  • Facilitates Proof of Concepts (PoC s) and Request for Information (RFIs) in coordination with corporate architecture team to demonstrate to user users how solutions address their requirements.
  • Researches technology trends both in terms of business applications and process automation in details based on the best applications in coordination with concerned suppliers.
  • Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
  • Assign duties to staff to implement project goals as needed
  • Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
  • Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
  • Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy
  • Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
  • Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
  • Coordinate with project managers and another project leads following project execution


Requirements

Knowledge and Experience:

A bachelors or master s degree in a field related to the hiring industry may be preferred
Industryspecific certificates and licenses may be necessary or preferred depending on industry
15 years of proven and successful experience in the hiring industry
Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities with past successful project execution
Ability and desire to work collaborative to ensure successful project execution
Working knowledge of necessary industryrelated tools
Expertlevel experience with computer operating systems such as Microsoft and MacOS
Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
Highly organized and detailoriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and
effectively

Main tasks: 1. Follow up on official correspondence and communications received by the Executive Director s Office, which include (letters, e-mails) to ensure that the necessary measures are taken. 2. Preserving correspondence, and official documents within an integrated document preservation system. 3. Follow up on the status of messages received from all sectors and departments of the Authority. 4. Preparing for the evaluation of the Office of the Executive Director. 5. Covering the duties of the Executive Director s secretary during his vacation. 6. Preparing monthly reports related to correspondence to the Executive Director. 7. Managing incoming/ outgoing correspondence from the Office of the Executive Director through the Tarasul system. 8. Follow up co-ordination with the office of the Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors to ensure that all directives and instructions of the Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors are implemented. 9. Ensuring that correspondences that do not have a specific end date are not delayed for more than two months. 10. Ensuring that all requirements are provided on time and that their completion is not delayed. 11. Receiving messages (forms, minutes of meetings) that require the approval of the Executive Director and sending them to the concerned authority upon approval. 12. Periodic follow-up and updating of the shared file. 13. Following up on matters related to the Office of the Executive Director and preparing and implementing the tasks assigned to me, including minutes of meetings, PowerPoint presentations
