Job Description
Support the Usability Experience (UX) function.
Meet the internal stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and influence the end user experience.
Meet with external vendors to discuss UX requirements.
Design new / improve existing web and mobile applications using best UX practices.
Design and develop wireframes.
Support the development team in HTML and JavaScript.
Reports to the eGovernment section manager.
Requirements
Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobilefirst and responsive design.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions to teams and clients
A clear understanding of the importance of usercentered design and design thinking.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering from a recognized university. 3 7 Years experience in similar field in maintenance & facility management. Possess good leadership skills including the ability to lead & motivate his team, decision making skills, ability to perform multitasking, follow up and planning abilities, time management, and good computer skills. Very good communication skills, fluent in report writing and group facilitation; presentation skills, and fluency in speaking and writing in English and Arabic. Analytical thinking, problem solving, business innovation, and customer service orientation. Excellent knowledge and intensive experience with international Electro-Mechanical programs and standards, functions, systems, procedures, and knowledge of quality & safety standards and projects management.
