Job Description
We are looking for a resultdriven and experienced Director of Business Development and Marketing for one of the leading organizations in the Middle East that provides a full range of facilities management services in all community sectors. In this position you will be in charge of leading and implementing strategic business development to enhance revenue market share and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong networking skills as well as a track record in business development and lead generation success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive market intelligence initiatives to anticipate market trends and foresee potential opportunities for development and expansion
- Create a highquality network to generate leads and referrals
- Build strong business relationships and negotiate strategic engagements to improve the client portfolio and the companys market position
- Lead the development and execution of cuttingedge marketing strategies setting industry benchmarks for product launches PR campaigns and market engagement
- Identify assess and establish potential joint ventures and alliances leveraging these partnerships to boost growth and innovation in key markets
- Improve the tender and proposal response processes by implementing advanced strategies that increase success rates and optimize client engagement
- Encourage personal and organizational growth by setting an example of continuous learning industry engagement and professional development
- Drive the development of forwardthinking business plans and market strategies based on detailed research fostering innovation and developing new business models
- Proactively identify and pursue expansive business opportunities leveraging insights to generate and capitalize on new industry trends and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any related field. Relevant professional certificates are essential
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years relevant experience with 5 years of Managerial experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Arabic other languages are advantageous
- Exceptional analytical decisionmaking negotiating and problemsolving skills
