Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Develop strategic plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales objectives.
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, landlords, and tenants.
Negotiation and Deal Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure new business deals, including lease agreements, property sales, and property management contracts. Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
