Job Description
- Manages the sales team and develops strategies to meet sales targets. Builds and maintains customer relationships.
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Providing training, guidance and feedback to sales representatives
- Preparing sales budgets, projections and reports and approving expenditures
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
