Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and coordination of tasks.
- Collaborate with the head chef to design and update the menu, ensuring it reflects authentic and innovative Mediterranean dishes. Monitor food quality and presentation.
- Ensure efficient and smooth service delivery to meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Monitor and manage restaurant inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in service and quality.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff performance.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet operational requirements and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, in both all-day dining and IRD sections., addressing guest concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Train staff in customer service principles, emphasizing guest satisfaction and retention.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor and manage the budget for all-day dining and IRD, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability.
