Property Manager - Al Nexzit Consults

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daytoday operations and maintenance of assigned properties ensuring compliance with lease agreements property regulations and legal requirements.

2. Manage property maintenance activities including repairs renovations and landscaping to ensure properties are wellmaintained and attractive to tenants.

3. Respond promptly to tenant inquiries requests and complaints and address issues in a timely and professional manner.

4. Coordinate tenant moveins moveouts and lease renewals including conducting property inspections documenting property conditions and enforcing lease terms.

5. Develop and implement property marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants maximize occupancy rates and minimize vacancies.
6. Screen prospective tenants conduct background checks and negotiate lease terms and rental agreements.

7. Prepare and administer leases lease addendums and rental agreements ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Management or related field; professional certifications in property management are preferred.
2. Proven experience in property management real estate management or related field.
3. Strong understanding of property management principles practices and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants property owners and vendors.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead property management staff.
6. Proficiency in property management software and financial management tools.
