You will be updated with latest job alerts via email1. Responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of the departments assets.
2. Develop and implement reliabiliy programs with all terminals.
3. Conduct failure analysis through proper tools to eleminate repetitive failures.
4. Integrate PdM solutions to the assets wherever required to enhance the reliability and performance of assets.
5. Provide training sessions specific to reliability to different sections whenever required.
6. Recommend improvements to enhance overall efficiency and minimize downtime.
7. Responsible to collaborate and coordinate with maintenance teams to provide technical support whenever necessary.
8. Update and recommend technical specifications for assets.
9. Handle review and evaluate tenders as per requirements.
10. Conduct analysis of data for weekly & monthly engineering performance report related data for KPIs.
11. Provide support to Quality team members to ensure all relevant documents and details are presentable as and when needed for any internal or external audits and quality certifications.
