As a Product Line Equipment Specialist you will ensure flawless execution by coordinating the preparation of all equipment tools products spares and ancillaries according to the job activity requirements and technical plan.
As an Equipment Specialist you will be responsible for:
Contributing to optimizing asset utilization and product availability considering: AMO capacity asset availability spares availability inventory sourcing plans and supply chain capabilities.
Working closely with AMO and Service Delivery Coordinators and with the Material Management team.
Executing the HSE 5 fundamentals every day during every job and every task
Ensuring all jobs/activities are performed with the required equipment tools products spares and ancillaries according to the technical plan certification and contract requirements
Monitoring short mid and longterm job activity asset availability and critical components inventory levels to ensure effective utilization of assets
Being responsible for resolving all issues related to equipment tool spare ancillary availability gaps vs technical plans and customer need for the country / area
Being responsible for meeting regions asset utilization targets that are aligned to the regions strategies.
Being responsible for allocation of assets to upcoming jobs based on job criticality and asset maintenance status
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have an Bachelor Degree
Have 5 years AMO or Field Operations experience in Completions
Be an experienced problem solver with a methodical approach to solving complex issues internally and externally
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers and suppliers
Have experience working with multiple internal teams to execute logistics to meet customer requirements
Be a good team player and show the ability to adapt in an everchanging dynamic environment
