Job Description
- Reviews all company documents to ensure that the company is operating within the jurisdiction and in compliance with Saudi Laws and any other relevant laws & regulations.
- Prepares and reviews resolutions and Articles of Association for the formation of new companies/subsidiaries, including coordination with local and regional law firms and partners.
- Prepare and provide all the constitutional documentation of the Company and POA.
- Prepares and reviews modifications and amendments to Articles of Association and Subsidiary Company resolutions as required
- Provides advice and services to protect companies or subsidiaries based on requisite service agreements (if any).
