• Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and objectives.
• Actively promote available properties to potential buyers and renters, showcasing their unique features and advantages.
• Assist clients in identifying suitable properties, conducting property tours, and providing comprehensive information.
• Negotiate property transactions between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
• Prepare and review sales and lease agreements, contracts, and related documents.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Requirements:

• UAE Real Estate Sales License is preferred.
