4. Project Scope: Campaign Analyst

Role duties:

Improve Customer Journeys: Map and analyze endtoend customer journey identifying touchpoints and interactions across various channels (e.g. website email social media etc.).

Campaigns and Measurement: Design and deliver multichannel campaigns and campaigns measurement.

Performance and A/B Testing: Design and execute performance test and A/B tests to ensure campaigns are optimized

Improvements: Implement changes to optimize campaign performance through datadriven insights

Decision Intelligence: Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions analyzing customer behavior preferences and engagement patterns to improve decisionmaking.

CRM & Contact Rules: Support CRM strategy and Establish rules for customer interactions ensuring consistent and personalized communication. These rules guide when how and through which channels customers receive messages.

Data Selection: Build customer segments and audiences to target the right customers.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product and data teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
