Pricing Analyst- at Givaudan Your future position
Ready for a new challenge Join our Pricing team as a Pricing Analyst (Fragrances Division) based in Dubai UAE. In this critical function you will support the fast-growing Middle East & Africa region taking on broad responsibilities and high visibility. Your strategic mindset and business acumen will help drive profitable growth and support the sub-region in achieving its targets.

In this exciting role you will:
Price Maintenance -
- Ensure price maintenance implementation of price revisions and data accuracy in the pricing systems.
- Maintain strict control to prevent any pricing leakages
- Provide support to the Customer Care team on pricing issues for SAP orders.
- Ensure compliance with the regional and global pricing guidelines.
Business Support -
- Manage constructive and proactive partnerships with all key stakeholders (Sales Finance Technical Operations and Customer Care) in the pricing process with a Pricing for Profitable Win Approach.
- Periodically analyse gross margin identify product cost issues and address these with Procurement Operations Finance and Technical teams.
- Act as an integration between pricing and business teams by supporting price negotiations and quotations
- Support key customer agreements initiatives (growth/rebate programmes)
Global Pricing Activities-
- Support the implementation of global and regional pricing policies.
- Extend ideas and concepts from other regions that can be implemented in the region

Your professional profile includes:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in pricing or business controlling in a B2B environment.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Advanced excel skills is a must.
- Experience in direct customer interactions and managing stakeholders for pricing negotiations will be an asset.
- Knowledge or experience with SAP or any other ERP will be useful.
- A team player and comfortable with diversity.
