Job Description
- Proven experience in an equivalent position within a healthcare organisation.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex technology projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve common goals.
- Highly self-motivated, flexible, and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- A master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with management studies preferred.
