Guest Relations Executive

• Greet guests, escort them to tables while providing a personalized introduction to the brand.
• Maintain neat and organized work area.
• Observe proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times.
• Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations.
• Proactively anticipate and respond to guest needs and preferences.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Ensure that guests are informed of all relevant data.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless guest experience.
• Monitor and maintain guest records, including contact information, preferences and feedback.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management from a reputable university or Hospitality Diploma is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a hospitality venue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with attention to details
• Self-Motivated creative and confident, with a highly energetic personality
• Excellent organizational Skills
