Job Description
1)Ensure effective implementation of the entire supply chain cycle/ activities of the company; from receipt of supplier documents till goods and related documents are received by the customer
2) Prepare accurate reports and analysis on the processes periodically
3)Ensure the resources equipment utilization in a most economical way and ensure premises assets and communication ways are used effectively enabling increasing output levels across the department.
4)Periodically reconciliation of physical stock and ERP
5)Coordinate in maintaining the document compliance including Product Registration/ Saber/ IDF (Yearly)/ COC/ CITC/ TRA/ Type Approvals Etc.
6) Maintain Import and Export shipping procedures to ensure freight forwarding consistency with Business units.
7)Work effectively with logistics manager and buyers to source the right products.
8) Coordinate the overall activities of for dispatches and deliveries including preparation of shipping documents reconciling invoicing etc
9) Monitors and directs product transfers from origin to final delivery.
10)Responds to all customer and warehouse inquiries and requests regarding load and delivery times in addition to any delays or issues.
11)Ensure that appropriate operational management administration and record keeping takes place accurately.
12) A Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain management or relevant field
