ACCOUNTING MANAGER - WEETAZ

Job Information

Perform registration and analysis tasks of accounting information in the system and classification of information.

Apply the entries generated in the billing module to the accounting.

Take physical shots of the different Inventories.

Reviews and keeps accounts receivable up to date.

Register bank deposits in the system.

Register and prepare debit and credit notes.

Deliver and review invoices to route vendors.

Perform cash registers of sales agents receipts.

Applies records to the billing system.

Contact clients when accounts receivable are overdue.

Review of daily settlements of cash sales deposits against collection guide.

Job Requirements

Level of studies: Technician or Diploma in Accounting or Advanced student of the accounting career.
Management of Windows environment computing packages (Word Excel Outlook Express Internet).
Knowledge of ISO 9001.

Desired Experience

2 years of experience in a similar position desirable in mass consumption companies.
