BIM SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the BIM (Building Information Modeling) process for all construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM execution.
• Develop and maintain BIM models ensuring they are uptodate and meet project specifications.
• Conduct regular BIM model reviews and clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and projectspecific BIM requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among project stakeholders through BIM platforms.
• Prepare and present BIM reports and documentation to project managers and clients.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and workshops.
• Implement and manage BIM data exchange protocols.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
• Extensive experience in BIM management and supervision in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Excellent coordination communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of BIM standards protocols and best practices.
• Experience with clash detection and model validation.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in BIM (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) is preferred.
