Job Description
I am working with a growing in-house entity who are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their successful legal team. You will be reporting to the General Counsel and will be responsible for advising on the entity's M&A portfolio.
- Must be 7+ PQE
- Must be qualified from a Common Law jurisdiction
- Must have at least 5 years of experience advising on M&A transactions, ideally within an international law firm
- Must have strong drafting skills
- Must be able to lead transactions
