Helicopter Landing Officer

Roles & Responsibilities The candidate with good command of written and spoken English. Time management, multi-tasking skills, very good knowledge of MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Teamwork & cooperation achievement orientation. Good exposure to computer applications such as MS Word, Excel & Power Point. Knowledge in Arabic (Reading & Typing) will be an added advantage. Prepare daily helicopter schedule, periodic boat schedule. Prepare daily production report Receive & process incoming invoices, prepare outgoing invoices. Assist in preparing all documents to be signed by Manager. Coordinate with other departments and outside entities Prepare support documents for boats and crew e.g. LOA
