Schedule, plan and communicate technicians / mechanics service activity to relevant staff member(s); dispatching of technicians to attend to breakdowns.
Provide confidential administrative support to Technical Services & Workshop Personnel.
Maintain the department resource planner.
Manage all induction & access requests for the workshop facility.
Expediting of department requisitions and equipment returns.
Maintaining and updating offshore / onshore medical and safety training records
