Data Center Electrical Engineer

• Design and implement electrical systems for data centers including power distribution UPS systems generators and lighting
  
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
  
• Perform load calculations and develop electrical schematics and diagrams
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards codes and regulations
  
• Collaborate with other engineers and IT staff to integrate electrical systems with other data center infrastructure
  
• Manage electrical projects from concept through completion including budgeting scheduling and coordination with vendors
  
• Monitor and analyze electrical systems performance providing recommendations for improvements
• Participate in emergency response and recovery operations
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering with at least 2 years in a data center environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design maintenance and troubleshooting.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong communication and project management skills.
