Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Procurement Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process ensuring costeffectiveness and maintaining supplier relationships to support our operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet cost quality and delivery targets.
- Source and evaluate suppliers negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Prepare and process purchase orders requisitions and invoices.
- Monitor market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet their procurement needs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and other important data.
- Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for management.
- Participate in inventory management and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience preferably in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
