KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Responsibilities
• Handling Non-motor renewals of Direct and Sales channels
• Speak/write to the sales staff/customer, obtain necessary information and then obtain renewal terms from insurers
• Review the renewal terms received and share with the customer/sales staff
• Meet customer wherever necessary, along with sales staff/manager
• To provide proper and efficient service to the customers
• Process adherence & accuracy
• Developing knowledge to handle various matters of insurance and risk management

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Education/ Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• CII qualifications preferred
Experience
• 2years experience in insurance company or brokerage
Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge
• Good command on MS Office applications
Full Time
