Certification : Any related to Procurement
Job Description
- Coordinates and monitors the end-to-end procurement and tender process.
- Negotiates contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Reviews, compares and analyzes Vendor Proposals and ensure that they are in line with the Commercial and Technical requirement of the Client/End-user.
- Oversees meetings between relevant business units, line manager and the vendors to obtain any necessary clarifications.
- Guides and follow-up Vendors in the submission of Pre-qualification Documents;
