Procurement Officer

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to contract negotiations and supplier selection.
• Develop and implement procurement plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and qualifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop procurement strategies that meet their needs.
• Monitor and track supplier performance and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable legal requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of contract management and supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
