Executive Development Business EA

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an EA and Business Development Executive for a well known Auto Dealership & Workshop located in Dubai. The EA and Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting executive-level management by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, preparing ad hoc reports or presentations and handling any HR Admin. Additionally, the role will also be 50% of business development responding to incoming sales queries and assisting in moving them through the sales funnel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin or in a similar role.
• Experience in business development or sales is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail
